Kid Koala’s take on Sunbled Sky begins with a delicate piano motif reminiscent of Satie, surrounded by ambient textures and floating sound fragments. The remix adds cinematic elements—guitars, sub-bass, and stuttering synths—that push the original into a more mysterious, ethereal space. It feels like walking between worlds.

This version is the lead single from Life Like Violence: The Remixes, an album in which various artists rework Handler’s original compositions. In this version, the chamber work is reinterpreted with a sultry, cinematic edge, while retaining emotional nuance and spaciousness.
