The ‘landscape.podcast’ series | Ambient Landscape

Awhile back, a conversation with a local college radio station DJ about ambient music, blogs & podcasting led to his suggestion that, rather than pull up anchor, we instead launch a yearly or semi-yearly series (something I hadn’t thought of). I thanked him for his perspective, mulled the idea over & came to the conclusion that it might work for a number of reasons, personal & otherwise.

Thus, this newly created series (which is complete, as of this writing: thirteen installments plus a prequel which was leaked, here). The frequency of posting (1, 2 or 3 a year) is still being hammered out with the engineering staff – as well as the order of each edition (we’re leaning towards beginning with episode 10 & scrambling the sequence from there).

All episodes will be available to stream or download via Buzzsprout & Hear.This. The content will consist of both newer releases as well as revered favorites from the “Golden Days of Ambient”, with cover art remaining the same throughout, save for enumeration.

Episode 10 will post on September 4th.
